Talent Board Names 2019 Board Chair, HR.com's Founder and CEO Debbie McGrath

Debbie was named on the board in 2018 and continues to bring her guidance and leadership to the 2019 Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards, supporting its programs in the North American, EMEA, APAC and now Latin American regions.
