Their appointments reflect Talkiatry's continued investment in clinician support, patient care, and regionally grounded leadership as the company continues to expand its reach.

Based in Seattle, Dr. Nicholas Tamoria will oversee Talkiatry clinicians on the West Coast. A California native and former active-duty Navy psychiatrist, Dr. Tamoria has led acclaimed behavioral health teams in the care of tens of thousands of patients and advised healthcare leaders nationwide. He most recently served as Medical Director of one of Washington State's most successful behavioral health programs. Dr. Tamoria is known for his clinical depth, strategic insight, and dedication to supporting professionals and community leaders.

Pittsburgh-based Dr. Kira Posteraro has been named Chief Psychiatrist mentoring clinicians within the Great Lakes region. A double board-certified psychiatrist in Adult and Addiction Psychiatry, Dr. Posteraro is recognized for her compassionate and collaborative approach, as well as her ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients and colleagues. She most recently served as Chief of Psychiatry for VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. In her new role, she will focus on supporting Talkiatry's commitment to delivering personalized, evidence-based care.

Talkiatry's Chief Psychiatrist model is built on a foundation of peer leadership and tailored support. Each Chief is a full-time, board-certified psychiatrist who leads a cohort of clinicians.
