Talyst 340B Company Becomes Verity Solutions
KIRKLAND, Wash., Dec. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthcare technology company Talyst recently separated into two businesses, empowering each to focus more effectively on their unique markets. George Puckett will be President and CEO of the 340B business, rebranded as Verity Solutions. Carla Corkern will continue to lead the new pharmacy automation business, which will retain the Talyst name.
Verity Solutions can now focus exclusively on creating software and solutions to serve the needs of healthcare organizations eligible for drug discounts under federal regulations commonly referred to as "340B." The new, more targeted company will accelerate the pace of new product rollouts and feature upgrades for the 340B market.
There will be no change in the 340B services, support, or capabilities provided to customers, ensuring continuity as the transition is made. Soon, customers will see expanded solutions, new products and industry-leading service they can rely on.
