Ms. Airisto started her career in the financial services industry working at Morgan Stanley where she worked 12 years, most recently as Executive Assistant in Private Wealth Management at the headquarters in New York City. She worked at Lehman Brothers Trust Company in Palm Beach, Florida as Executive Assistant for a Wealth Management & Estate Planning Team.  In 2008, Ms. Airisto joined Max Planck Florida Institute, a non-profit organization, in Jupiter, Florida as Executive Assistant in Institute Development in the early stages of the Institute and later as the Executive Assistant to the President of the Max Planck Florida Foundation. Prior to Tamarind Partners, Ms. Airisto worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Sterling Organization in Palm Beach, Florida in Commercial Real Estate.
