Tapjoy Hires Industry Veteran Chris Salmanpour as Director of Sales for EMEA Region

LONDON, March 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Tapjoy, the leading marketing automation and monetization platform for freemium apps, today announced the hiring of Christopher Salmanpour as its director of sales for the EMEA region.  Salmanpour, formerly a global sales director for Microsoft, brings to Tapjoy 16 years of digital advertising experience and a wealth of expertise in building successful sales teams.  Salmanpour will report directly to Tapjoy's EMEA General Manager Paul Bowen.

Between 2012 and 2015, Salmanpour was the Vice President of Business Development at State, a leading communications platform. Prior to State, Salmanpour drove relationships at Microsoft London as Global Sales Director where Chris was responsible for creating and managing relationships for key global brands.  Salmanpour earned his bachelors degree at Warwick University in the United Kingdom.
