Prior to her current appointments, Dr. Fair spent several years as a physician at the Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital in Fort Polk, LA and the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, during her active service with the United States Army.

In addition to her primary career responsibilities, Dr. Fair has excelled in a number of other professional endeavors. She currently serves as a health and wellness coach with Ladydoc Nutrition and a Strong by Zumba fitness instructor. She has previously spoken at the annual meeting of the South Atlantic Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Also an active member in her community and Dr. Fair has done much work as a volunteer with the Unveiled Truth Church.

Choosing a career in medicine out of a desire to make a difference, Dr. Fair pursued an education at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, earning a Doctor of Medicine in 2005. Following this accomplishment, she completed her residency at the Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, under the guidance of Dr. Donald Gallup and Dr. Tony Royek. Furthermore, Dr. Fair has received a board certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Considering the rising cost of health care to be the most significant issue facing the field of medicine today, Dr. Fair says that if there was one problem she could solve, it would be to provide affordable and accessible health care to everyone. An elected fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she attributes her success to her diligence, hard work and her ability to set herself a path and stick to it. In five years' time, Dr. Fair intends to continue expanding her career and building a name for herself as a hard-working and goal-oriented person.

For excellence in her career, Dr. Fair has received a number of awards and accolades. Notably, she has been the recipient of both a Commendation Medal and an Achievement Medal from the United States Army for her exceptional service.
