"50 Plates Across the States" will celebrate top recipes from home cooks across the USA
NEW YORK, March 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Taste of Home and Pinterest have partnered up to launch an exclusive video series, "50 Plates Across the States," highlighting some of the most iconic and beloved dishes from throughout the country.
Taste of Home, known as the go-to source for home cooks and community-driven recipes, developed the series as a co-production with Pinterest to tap into America's love for storytelling through food. The show is a culinary road trip across the country, blending meal-planning inspiration with actionable, easy-to-follow recipes for food-lovers across the platform.
Each episode, premiering over the next five weeks, delivers a curated, bite-sized recipe tailored for Pinterest.
Key Features of the New Video Series:
The series marks the start of a new, larger strategic partnership between Pinterest and Taste of Home's parent company, TMB (Trusted Media Brands).
TMB, which reaches over 108 million unique individuals and 38% of the US internet population monthly according to ComScore, manages a portfolio of additional lifestyle and entertainment brands—including Reader's Digest, Family Handyman, and The Pet Collective—which are now part of Pinterest's Red Standard Program alongside Taste of Home, signifying TMB is among the top-performing publishers on the platform.
As part of its partnership with Pinterest, TMB is testing new, experimental formats and features on the platform, including shoppable Pins, affiliate content, collages, and more. The company has also developed a slate of new sponsorable Pinterest-first video series for each brand, which it plans to unveil to advertisers and audiences later this year.
At the center of the partnership is TMB's collaboration with Pinterest's Programming and Originals team, the group responsible for bringing "50 Plates Across the States" to life.
