TCL Communication selects Secure Spaces for its Alcatel OneTouch devices to target the multi-persona needs of enterprise employees

OTTAWA, Sept. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Graphite Software, the creator of Secure Spaces, today announces its partnership with TCL and the availability of new Idol 3 OneTouch devices from TCL designed to meet the security and privacy demands of enterprise customers and their employees.
Following a competitive technology review, TCL selected Graphite Software's Secure Spaces solution based on superior app and data isolation, ease of use and performance compared to previously deployed technologies. The new Idol 3 smartphone supports the corporate owned (COPE) and personally owned (BYOD) deployment models. With Secure Spaces, the apps and data used for company purposes can be remotely managed yet isolated entirely from the personal apps and data used by the employee. Unlike other approaches that require full device encryption, with Secure Spaces each Work Space is individually encrypted and supports separate security and password policies. The user is not forced to have a password on the Personal Space, yet the Work Space is still secure.
