TD Bank Expands Residential Lending Team in New Jersey with Two New Hires

CHERRY HILL, N.J., May 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank^®, today announced two new appointments to its Residential Lending team in New Jersey: William Westdyk as Regional Sales Manager and Robert Nardone as Mortgage Sales Manager. They will be responsible for growing residential loan origination in the state by assembling strong teams of experienced mortgage loan officers.

Westdyk brings deep industry and local expertise to TD Bank, with more than two decades of residential mortgage sales experience in New Jersey that includes 23 years at Wells Fargo. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Branch Manager for Valley National Bank. Throughout his career, Westdyk has consistently built and led successful sales teams. He has been recognized as an accomplished relationship manager. Westdyk earned a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland and an MBA from St. John's University.

At TD Bank, Westdyk will manage the bank's residential lending market strategy in New Jersey. He will be responsible for overseeing regional sales activities including ongoing recruitment and training of the bank's diverse mortgage sales team and deployment of TD's growing portfolio of specialized mortgage and home equity products. Westdyk will also lead the continuous expansion of the bank's network of local partners, realtors and homebuilders.

Nardone is also a local industry veteran with more than 27 years serving northern New Jersey. He has held various sales roles with national mortgage lenders including Metlife, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Nardone has worked extensively with homebuyers in all market cycles and will lead a team of mortgage loan officers in delivering TD's products to customers. He earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School with a focus on real estate law.
