TD Bank To Launch Concept Store In Baltimore

BALTIMORE, Sept. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Construction is underway at the site of the newest TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank ^®, retail location at 3603 Boston Street in the Canton Crossing section of Baltimore.

Scheduled to open in late October, the new location is TD's first concept store offering customers a one-stop service model. Targeting LEED Gold certification, the Canton Crossing store features a more compact 2,275-square-foot layout, enhanced ATM technologies, and an innovative staffing model designed to provide customers with the choice and convenience they have come to expect from TD Bank.

Technology updates being unveiled at the new Canton Crossing store include a 24/7 ATM vestibule with ATMs that will offer cash denominations of $1, $5, $20, $50, and $100 dollar bills. 

The store will be staffed by Financial Service Associates, a new role at TD Bank designed to show customers the varied choices they have in banking with TD. Financial Service Associates will assist customers with day-to-day banking needs utilizing both store and mobile technology, including ATM deposits, person-to-person payments and mobile deposit.

Recognized nationwide for its focus on legendary customer service and humanized  approach to retail banking, TD Bank will offer its renowned conveniences to customers at the new Canton Crossing location, including the longest hours in the markets we serve, live customer service seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day, 365 days per year, next day funds availability, instant issue debit cards, lollipops for kids and biscuits for dogs, and free use of Penny Arcade, TD's coin counting machine.

TD Bank currently has 18 convenient locations throughout Maryland. The concept store is part of the bank's strategy to increase investment in online, mobile and ATM technology so customers can bank when and how they want.
