TDR Industries and Reshef Technologies Announce the Launch of Flash Fuzes USA

New Florida-based defense venture to produce advanced fuzes for mortars, artillery, and UAS systems

HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Oct. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- TDR Industries, a Florida-based defense manufacturer & Broker, has joined forces with Reshef Technologies of Israel to establish Flash Fuzes USA, a new American company focused on producing precision fuzes for mortars and artillery.

With over 40 years of proven experience in the fuze industry, Reshef Technologies is a leading global supplier of advanced fuze systems to defense forces worldwide.
The company employs more than 300 specialists at its Israeli facility and is now expanding its footprint to the United States with a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Florida.
The investment, valued at several million dollars, is expected to create 30–40 new high-tech jobs and strengthen local defense manufacturing capabilities.

Flash Fuzes USA has initiated its DDTC & ATF licensing process and is actively seeking a suitable location for its permanent production facility in Florida.
