Annual Event Series Brings Together New York City's Millennial Multicultural Influencers

NEW YORK, July 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, creative marketing agency Team Epiphany announces the July 24 launch of the sixth year of #SUMMERFRIDAYS - an invite-only event concept executed with media partner Complex.

Each week, Sirius XM's very own DJ Wonder will record his set and distribute it for download courtesy of JBL. New Era will host a cap customization station for guests.

This year's series includes:

  • July 24, OH SHIP!: Set aboard a private yacht, this all-white dress code party will sail around the city on New York's scenic Hudson River. Partners cohost a VIP product-gifting suite on the lush lower deck for select influencer attendees.
  • July 31, The Sleepover: The classic slumber party reinvents itself for adults at one of New York's hottest nightlife locations in the Meatpacking District – featuring a surprise performance.

Rebranded in June 2012 as #SUMMERFRIDAYS, highlights from last year's edition included a listening session with hip-hop artist Wiz Khalifa, as well as surprise performances by DJ Mustard and singer Tinashe.
