The scholarships are made possible through diamond sponsor Capital One. The TSWS is committed to helping uncover the forces that are hindering women's mobility in the tech workplace and is offering a venue for discussing ways to overcome these challenges.

Taking place on January 29, 2015 in San Francisco at the Mission Bay Conference Center, the speaker lineup features Jennifer Phalka, Julie Elberfeld, Kimberly Bryant, FEC Chair Ann Ravel, Harper Reed, Dylan Richard, DJ Patil, Del Harvey, Vivian Graubard and many more influential leaders in their respective fields.
