TechAmerica Announces "California Tech Champions" for 2014

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Jan. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- TechAmerica, the public sector and public advocacy department of CompTIA, today announced its recognition of five California legislators as "Tech Champions" for their consistent leadership and support of the technology industry in the State Legislature. 

The Tech Champions for 2014 are:

• Senator Jim Beall (D-San Jose)
• Assembly member Ian Calderon (D-Whittier)
• Senator Cathleen Galgiani (D-Stockton)
• Assembly member Mike Gatto(D-Los Angeles)
• Assembly Republican Leader Kristin Olsen (R-Modesto)
