Technology Executive John Whyte Joining Trillium Solutions Group

CHICAGO, Sept. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- John Whyte has been named Senior Vice President of Global Solutions for Trillium Solutions Group.  He will lead the business development team for Trillium's consulting services.  The announcement was made by Steve Adelstein, President and CEO of Trillium.  "We are very excited to have John as part of the Trillium organization.   John will quickly become a valuable partner to our clients and will be an important contributor in Trillium's growth as we continue to expand our technology consulting services."  

John has been a recognized technology leader in the Chicago area for over twenty-five years having held increasingly responsible leadership positions with companies such as Recon Optical (now Goodrich ISR Systems), RR Donnelley, Planetasia GCI (now Collabera) and IBS-Interactive Business Systems, Inc.  "John's engineering and technology background makes him both technical and strategic, while his leadership experience provides a strong foundation for understanding business and technology challenges from a client point-of-view," Adelstein said.

Mr. Whyte is a graduate of the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana with a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and earned his M.B.A. at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb.   He is very active in supporting athletic programs for young people and organizations on the forefront of cancer research.  John and his family are residents of Naperville, Illinois.
