FAIRFIELD, N.J., July 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleBrands, the largest marketer of "As Seen on TV" products said today that a settlement with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs will lead to an improved shopping experience for its customers. "When these concerns were brought to our attention, we immediately welcomed the recommendations and partnership with the Division of Consumer affairs to resolve these matters. We are a company predicated on consumer satisfaction and if we can improve the experience of our customers, we want to do that expeditiously," said TeleBrands CEO AJ Khubani. "Our company has always maintained the highest standards with regard to the quality and service of our products and marketing efforts. We take pride in the fact that for more than three decades, millions of consumers have trusted TeleBrands for delivering innovative and unique products that solve every day needs."
In 1983, AJ Khubani founded TeleBrands which has grown into an award-winning global empire and a leader in the "As Seen on TV" industry. In 1987, TeleBrands was the first DRTV company to expand into brick and mortar locations. Khubani designed the iconic red "As Seen on TV" logo which has been a defining characteristic of the industry and has revolutionized the category in the retail sector. TeleBrands has launched more innovations than any other marketer in history, selling hundreds of millions of "As Seen on TV" brands.
