Teleflora Florists Celebrate 20 Years Of Make Someone Smile Week, Will Deliver More Than 30,000 Surprise Bouquets

LOS ANGELES, July 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Teleflora, the world's leading floral delivery service, and its network of professional florists across the country will spread joy throughout their communities to celebrate the 20^th anniversary of Make Someone Smile^® Week. From Sunday, July 18, through Saturday, July 24, Teleflora member florists and local volunteers will surprise thousands of deserving individuals in need of a smile with handmade Be Happy® Bouquets. The heartfelt floral arrangements will benefit hospital workers and patients, children in foster care, nursing home workers and residents, Meals on Wheels recipients, first responders, and many others whose day will be brighter because of this surprise gift.

During Make Someone Smile^® Week, Teleflora donates more than 30,000 Be Happy® Mugs to house the classic Teleflora bouquet that has come to embody the Make Someone Smile® Week program. Member florists then work with local wholesalers and growers in their areas to secure donations of fresh flowers for their volunteer teams, who design surprise bouquets and deliver them to community members in need of a smile.
