Teleste Adds Authorized Repair Services to Its Growing North American HFC Ecosystem
Fiber Node Services adds a U.S.-based path for warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, complementing Teleste's established regional manufacturing, assembly, sales and technical support.
TURKU, Finland and CAROL STREAM, Ill., Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- North American cable operators now have an additional, manufacturer-authorized route for servicing Teleste Networks hardware. Teleste has appointed and trained Fiber Node Services, Inc. (FNS) as an authorized provider of warranty and out-of-warranty repairs through its U.S. repair network.
The authorization covers all Teleste Networks hardware sold in North America. It adds regional repair to a North American operating footprint that already spans manufacturing, customer-specific assembly, sales and technical support.
Teleste has supported North American operators locally for years through dedicated sales and technical support teams, backed by the company's engineering, manufacturing and supply capabilities in Europe. Its regional footprint also includes high-volume production of the ICON amplifier family through GPV Americas in Mexico and customer-specific assembly at Teleste's New Jersey distribution center.

By combining production in Europe and Mexico with assembly in the United States, Teleste can increase available output, shorten transportation paths for North American deliveries and retain multiple supply options as demand changes. FNS adds qualified U.S. repair capacity connected directly to Teleste's product and engineering expertise.
FNS has specialized in the diagnostics, repair and refurbishment of CATV broadband equipment for more than 30 years. Following qualification and product-specific training by Teleste, its technicians are authorized to diagnose, repair and test Teleste Networks hardware according to Teleste's procedures and requirements.
