TeleTracking Again Voted 2011 "Best in KLAS" Category Leader in Patient Flow

PITTSBURGH, Dec. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- For the fifth time in the past six years, TeleTracking Technologies has been recognized as the nation's best provider of patient flow automation, according to an annual KLAS survey of product users.

KLAS is an independent market research company which monitors vendor performance with input from healthcare executives, managers, and clinicians from over 4,500 hospitals and 2,500 clinics, who have rated over 750 products and services from more than 200 vendors.

TeleTracking scored significant increases in four of five categories, and well above the category average in all five measurements.  Users rated TeleTracking highest as the firm that best delivers on its promises, according to the data.

Organizations that were newly live with TeleTracking reported strong implementation services, coupled with increased organizational efficiency and accountability after the implementation.  As one customer commented, "We recently upgraded to TeleTracking's XT platform, and the setup, training, and go live support was phenomenal.  Six months later, we updated the hospitals' EMR.  The support TeleTracking gave for interface enhancements was huge.  The time and quality of the support was immeasurable.  We look forward to implementing TeleTracking's TransferCenter™ software."

The "Best in KLAS" Report is a bi-annual report card of vendor performance. The report is a summary of performance data collected over the past 12 months and ranks the top overall vendors, as well as leaders in each market segment.  The "Best in KLAS" designation is reserved for vendors who best keep their promises in their market segments for offering a combination of superior products, strong service, and high customer value.
