All bring client-side experience as early adopters and problem-solvers with a history of successfully combining process re-design with automation technology.
About Avanti
Avanti Consulting helps hospitals and health systems implement or improve patient logistics through a combination of strategic change and process excellence across disciplines and functions, using the principles of Lean Management as a general guideline to create an optimal patient pathway from admission to discharge. This may include organizational restructuring, such as the establishment of a central transport department, a transfer center or a patient logistics command center. All Avanti specialists have directed patient flow redesign programs which integrated technology and process.
About TeleTracking
Since its beginning, TeleTracking patient flow automation has been converting time into space to help hospitals better utilize their existing capacity. We were first to define patient flow as a continuum, rather than random actions, and have continually analyzed that continuum to better understand its components. As a result, we've grown from a single bed management application to an entire suite of solutions which address virtually every point identified thus far along that continuum. Our full complement of solutions now addresses patient throughput and overcrowding, asset management, and inter-hospital patient transfer.
