Telligent Expands Board of Directors

DALLAS, July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Telligent, a leader in enterprise community and collaboration software, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Mitchell to the company's board of directors.

Mitchell is president and CEO of Dallas-based Global 360, a leading provider of process and document management solutions. Prior to joining Global 360 in 2008, Mitchell served as president and CEO of webMethods, Inc., the leader in the integration software market. He was a member of the IPO team that took webMethods public in 2000, and in 2007 he helped architect the merger of webMethods with Software AG. Previously, Mitchell was president and CEO of VYCOR Corporation, where he led the company through rapid growth and negotiated its acquisition by McAfee Inc.
