New platform marks TEN Holdings' evolution beyond virtual events toward a broader technology ecosystem connecting how organizations create, produce, engage, market and measure digital experiences.
LANGHORNE, Pa., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TEN Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: XHLD) ("TEN Holdings" or the "Company") today announced the launch of TEN, its new Digital Experience Platform and the technology foundation for the Company's long-term growth strategy.
TEN brings together technology for creating, producing, engaging, marketing and measuring digital experiences within a single platform. The initial release includes a comprehensive suite of capabilities for enterprise events, webinars and continuing education ("CE"), while establishing a scalable foundation the Company intends to expand into additional areas of digital engagement, analytics and artificial intelligence.
The launch represents an important step in TEN Holdings' strategy to evolve beyond its roots in virtual events and managed production services and build a broader, recurring-revenue technology platform designed to support how enterprises communicate and engage with customers, prospects, employees and other audiences.
"TEN represents much more than the launch of a new webinar platform. It represents where we believe our company is going," said Virgilio Torres, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TEN Holdings, Inc. "We're turning what we've learned over the past decade of supporting mission-critical digital experiences for enterprises into something built to grow well beyond where we started. Events and webinars are our starting point, not the limit of our ambition."
Torres continued, "Our long-term vision is to build TEN into a comprehensive platform enterprises can use throughout the lifecycle of digital engagement—from creating an experience and reaching an audience, to understanding engagement and ultimately turning that activity into actionable intelligence. We believe bringing these capabilities together can create a significantly larger opportunity for TEN Holdings than the market we have historically served."
One Platform, Built for Expansion
TEN has been architected as a platform rather than a single-purpose event application, giving teams one environment capable of supporting experiences ranging from small interactive sessions to broadcasts with more than 50,000 concurrent attendees.
Capabilities available at launch include:
- Registration and access control: Custom registration forms, access rules, guest presenter access, spam protection and single sign-on.
- Live streaming and production: Producer controls, backstage green room, saved layout scenes, breakout rooms, speaker timers, run-of-show, browser-based screen sharing and live playback of pre-recorded video.
- Audience engagement: Chat, moderated Q&A, live polls, surveys and graded quizzes.
- Accessibility and localization: A platform designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, with live captions, real-time caption translation, ASL interpreter designation and multiple interface languages.
- Continuing education credentialing: Configurable credit rules based on attendance, viewing, check-ins, polls, quizzes and surveys, together with certificate generation and delivery.
- On-demand experiences: Automatic recording, on-demand playback, an integrated archive, MP4 export and on-demand CE tracking.
- Attendee experiences: Event landing pages, attendee portals, resource libraries and personalization.
- Enterprise controls: Role-based access, audit logging, theming and localization.
TEN is offered through an annual subscription model, with managed event services available as an optional add-on.
From Events to a Broader Digital Experience Ecosystem
The Company believes the launch positions it to progressively introduce additional capabilities serving a broader range of enterprise digital-engagement use cases.
TEN Holdings' roadmap extends beyond the production and delivery of individual events. The Company intends to explore and develop capabilities across areas including advanced analytics and reporting, audience and engagement intelligence, AI-assisted functionality, captioning and translation, and intent data.
Over time, the Company's strategy is to bring more of the digital engagement lifecycle into a unified environment, allowing organizations to better understand how audiences interact with their content and experiences.
Rather than requiring customers to assemble multiple point solutions, TEN Holdings' long-term objective is to create a platform where digital experiences and the intelligence generated from those experiences can increasingly live within a single technology ecosystem.
These planned capabilities remain under development, and there can be no assurance regarding their timing, final functionality or commercial availability.
Built on More Than a Decade of Enterprise Experience
TEN Holdings enters this next phase with more than a decade of experience producing mission-critical corporate broadcasts and digital experiences for large enterprises. That experience shapes every part of the platform, from production workflows and accessibility requirements to audience engagement and enterprise controls.
"We have spent years seeing firsthand what enterprises need to successfully deliver digital experiences," said Kevin McLane, Vice President of Product at TEN Holdings, Inc. "TEN gives us a base we can keep building on, adding capabilities without asking customers to adopt an entirely new product every time their needs evolve. Our goal is to make the platform increasingly valuable as customers use more of it."
Torres added, "We believe the companies that win in enterprise technology will be those that can simplify fragmented workflows for their customers. TEN gives us what we need to pursue that opportunity. Today is the launch of the platform, but more importantly, it is the beginning of the next chapter for TEN Holdings."
