Terminix® Acquires Assets of Care Pest & Wildlife Control

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Sept. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Terminix®, the world's largest pest and termite control provider, announced today it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Vancouver-based Care Pest & Wildlife Control.

Founded in 2000, Care Pest & Wildlife is the largest independent pest and wildlife control company in British Columbia, specializing in general pest, bedbug, bird and wildlife control for both residential and commercial accounts.  Led by Peter Steinfort and Anthony Hung, the company will continue to operate under its current brand name following completion of the acquisition. Under the direction of Terminix, Steinfort and Hung will serve in leadership roles within the company.
