Terminix Enters Joint Venture With SIS in India

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Aug. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Terminix, America's largest pest control provider, has entered into a joint venture with Security and Intelligence Services (India) Ltd. (SIS Group) to perform pest and termite control services in India. The joint venture will serve both residential and commercial customers.

This is the company's first, non-franchise expansion outside of North America, a significant milestone for the world's largest pest control company.
