("TerraZero" or the "Company"), a vertically integrated Metaverse technology company, is pleased to announce it has received a $9.8 million strategic investment from BIGG Digital Assets Inc. ("BIGG") (CSE: BIGG; OTCQX: BBKCF). BIGG is the owner of Netcoins (Netcoins.ca) the online cryptocurrency brokerage that makes it easy for Canadians to buy, sell, and understand cryptocurrency, and owner of Blockchain Intelligence Group (blockchaingroup.io) a leading developer of blockchain technology search, risk-scoring and data analytics solutions. In connection with the investment into TerraZero, BIGG has the right to appoint one person to TerraZero's board of directors, expected to be Lance Morginn, President of BIGG.
