Terrence J. Mullen Joins Cole Capital® as Senior Advisor
Will work with leadership to enhance sales, marketing and distribution functions
PHOENIX, Jan. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cole Capital today announced that Terrence J. Mullen has joined the Company as a senior advisor effective immediately. In his role, Mr. Mullen will work with Cole Capital leadership and the Board of Directors of American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARCP) to enhance the Company's sales and marketing and to strengthen its broker-dealer relationships.

Mr. Mullen is a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry, having previously held senior leadership positions at Sun Life Financial, AIG SunAmerica and Lincoln Financial Distributors. He is a nationally recognized advisor on developing sales organizations, distribution models and strategic partnerships. Most recently, Mr. Mullen was Senior Vice President of U.S. Group Distribution at Sun Life Financial, responsible for aligning and developing the sales organizations across all employee benefit lines of business in the U.S. Prior to his tenure at Sun Life, he was President and CEO of Lincoln Financial Distributors from 2006-2008, responsible for all aspects of U.S. distribution, including external sales, internal sales, relationship management and marketing.
