Tessera Integrates Autonomous OSINT Capabilities Designed to Anticipate Threats and Act on External Intelligence

New capabilities enable the platform to identify emerging risks, investigate suspicious activity and coordinate preventive security responses

(NYSE American: HLSQ) ("Tessera" or the "Company") today announced the integration of autonomous Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) capabilities into its physical security platform, enabling it to enhance and broaden the platform's ability to anticipate potential threats, examine suspicious activity using publicly available information and initiate security responses based on external intelligence, including preventive action before potential threats materialize.

The technology connects external, open intelligence sources with cameras, sensors, access-control systems and other security infrastructure, allowing Tessera to assess risks beyond a site's physical perimeter. Depending on its configuration, the platform can autonomously initiate predefined security procedures or keep human operators involved through real-time alerts, recommendations and approval workflows.

For example, if publicly available information indicates that a large-scale demonstration is planned near a critical infrastructure facility, Tessera can assess its potential impact and proactively increase surveillance, restrict access or alert security personnel. Conversely, when an unfamiliar vehicle approaches a protected site, the platform can investigate its identity using company registries, news reports and other public sources, identify potential inconsistencies and determine an appropriate response.

OSINT joins visual, acoustic, thermal, seismic, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and other sensing technologies feeding Tessera's Core Intelligence Engine (BINNA), which combines information from multiple sources to assess potential risks and coordinate security responses. The integration strengthens the Company's Predict–Sense–Analyze–Decide–Act architecture, building on Zorronet LTD's AI-powered operational intelligence and automated workflows and Dr. Frucht Systems LTD's advanced detection technologies.
