Texas Capital Bank Reopens Northwest Houston Banking Center
DALLAS, Aug. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Capital Bank today reopened its Northwest Houston banking center, temporarily shut down by Tropical Storm Harvey, located in the Westway Park complex at 4424 West Sam Houston Parkway North, Suite 170, Houston, Texas 77041. Operations at the Westway banking center have been restored enabling customers to conduct banking transactions.
Texas Capital Bank's Banking Center at One Riverway, Suite 150, Houston TX, 77056 remains closed until further notice. Reopening the location is a top priority for Texas Capital Bank and the bank anticipates that it will reopen as soon as practically possible.
As an alternative, online banking clients may still access their accounts and conduct routine banking transactions through the online banking portal at Texas Capital Bank's website. Online banking clients may also access their accounts through Texas Capital Bank's mobile banking app, which is available on iPhone, iPad and Android mobile devices.
Customers who need additional banking assistance are encouraged to contact Texas Capital Bank's Client Support team at 800-839-2801 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. CT.
Further, Texas Capital Bank operates full-service offices in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and San Antonio.
