As the Foundation's signature fundraising event, Cocktails for the Cure aims to raise $150,000 to support low- and moderate-income women women affected by breast cancer, as well as their caregivers. Guests will gather for an evening of cocktails, community, and philanthropy while celebrating survivorship, honoring those impacted by breast cancer, and advancing the Foundation's mission to expand access to critical breast health resources and support services.
Founded in honor of Thank God It's Natural (tgin) founder and breast cancer advocate Chris-Tia Donaldson, the tgin Foundation was established to address the disparities that prevent many women from accessing life-saving breast health resources and treatment. Since its inception, the Foundation has remained committed to breaking generational silence around breast cancer, expanding access to care, and advancing breast health equity.

The event is expected to welcome hundreds of attendees, including professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, survivors, caregivers, and community advocates united by a shared commitment to improving outcomes for women impacted by breast cancer.
Over the past eight years, the tgin Foundation has generated measurable impact throughout the Chicago community, including:

This year's gala will celebrate the strength of survivors, honor the loved ones who have been lost, and raise critical funds to help more women access screenings, treatment support, transportation assistance, education, and wellness resources. Through storytelling, community connection, and philanthropy, the evening will highlight the ongoing need to remove barriers that prevent women from accessing timely and equitable breast healthcare.
