LOS ANGELES, Oct. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Roscoe's House of Chicken N' Waffles is proud to announce the Thank You, LA Festival, a once-in-a-lifetime cultural celebration honoring 50 years of flavor, soul, and community. The event takes place Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Shoreline Aquatic Park in Long Beach, CA.

From the city that made us to the culture we've nourished, this is more than a party — it's a love letter to Los Angeles.

Festival Highlights

Guests can expect a full day of unforgettable entertainment, food, and community, including:

• Music & Entertainment: Performances by 1500 or Nothin Band, The Sainted Trap Choir, Azar Lawrence, Henri "Southside Slim" Harris, Soul Sauce, Stefan Benz, Ashley Imani, Dalby, BLNDE, Kayla Brianna, Mariachi Rams, and more to be announced,.
• Comedy: Hosted by festival emcee Comedian, Scruncho.
• DJs: Sets by DJ Carisma, SoulTherapy, DJ QwessCoast, and DJ Aye Jaye.
• Food & Flavor: "Roscoe's is On the House" until the last chicken is served, plus additional tastes from LA's favorite eateries like Marathon Burger.and many more.
• Culture & Art: Live art zones, and LA car clubs showcasing classic lowriders and custom motorcycles.
• Family Fun: The Roscoe's KidZone, hosted by @Royalty Brown, with a game bus, art stations,face-painting and family-friendly activities.
• Sports & Community: Special appearances from the LA Rams Cheer Team, mascot Rampage, and Rams coaching staff.
• Golden Waffle Awards: Honoring icons in culture, music, and community, including: Snoop Dogg, Big Boy, Stevie Wonder and others.

Honoring the Legacy

Roscoe's founder and cultural pioneer Herb Hudson — who has owned and operated Roscoe's for the last 50 years and still going — will be honored for his 50-year commitment to the city and its people.
