PENNINGTON, N.J., Sept. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- While the hustle and bustle of a visit to a big city can be exciting for kids, a recent poll* by Family Vacation Critic^® (www.familyvacationcritic.com), an online family travel planning guide, shows that parents often hit road blocks when planning the trip. According to the poll, 40 percent of parents find the toughest part of a city vacation to be finding a family-friendly hotel that fits the budget. Families also find it difficult to choose the best attractions to see (21%); locate good, kid-friendly restaurants (14%); and get around the city (13%).
