'The 3rd International LED & Display Expo' finally opens at Daegu, Exco with 150% expanded scale!

DAEGU, South Korea, Aug. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Korea's representative exhibition for Eco environment and Green growth, 'The 3rd International LED & Display Expo' is held on 29th Aug. - 31st at EXCO, Korea.

Global two-top companies of 'Philips Lumileds' and 'GE Lighting', the Korea's number one company 'Nuriplan' as well as Daegu's main companies including 'Heesung Electronics', 'TECHEN' and 'Korea semiconductor illumination' participate in 'The 3rd International LED & Display Expo' (Hereafter, LED Plus). In particular, 1:1 export consulting with 90 foreign buyers who come from 16 countries such as America, Europe, China, Taiwon, East Asia as well as Japan, the country showing growing LED demand after a severe earthquake will be held.

The number of 500 public officials who come from 15 local governments working in charge of LED dissemination are going to have a seminar for LED dissemination and have a consulting with participated companies.

Particularly, 'The 2nd World LED Standardization Conference (International LED standard conference)' is strategically prepared to strength Patent Correspondence Capability and International Standard for LED Illumination. This conference, is expected to intensively highlight International Standardization Trend and to make Korea as a leading country when making International Standardization.
