The Adler Group and Titus Talent Strategies Unite to Change the Recruiting Industry Model

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Adler Group and Titus Talent Strategies today announced a unique partnership that will fundamentally change the nature of recruiting and hiring processes. The pairing will combine The Adler Group's proven Performance-based Hiring methodology with Titus Talent's TTS' unique and disruptive spin on an RPO model, making it possible for companies to hire A-level talent without paying high-priced executive search fees. As part of the agreement, Titus Talent has committed to train and certify their entire recruiting team in Performance-based Hiring, developed by Lou Adler over the past 25 years.
