The Alexander Group: Five Consultants Receive CSCP Designation

(AGI) is pleased to announce that five consulting professionals from its firm recently received the prestigious Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) designation from WorldatWork. These individuals took the CSCP Exam as part of the Alexander Group's rigorous Sales Compensation Certification Program.
The Alexander Group's intensive in-house program ensures that its consultants are experts in the field of sales compensation. Under the direction of David Cichelli, a senior vice president of AGI and author of the best-selling "Compensating the Sales Force," consulting professionals complete a five-month training program, including proficiency demonstration, writings, classroom education, readings and three levels of testing.
Passing this year's CSCP exam are: Mike Burnett, associate consultant, Stamford office; Arshad Carim, principal, San Francisco office; Dale Chang, manager, San Francisco office; Thomas Murtaugh, consultant, Stamford office; and Igor Uroic, manager, San Francisco office. They join the other previously CSCP certified AGI members, Cichelli; Matthew Greenstein, manager, Stamford office; and Paul Vinogradov, vice president and region manager, San Francisco office.
