The American Workforce is Changing. Can the Business and Education Sectors Keep Up?

WASHINGTON, June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- On Thursday, June 17, National Journal's Ronald Brownstein will moderate a discussion on the changing demographics of a new generation entering today's workforce. The U.S. Census shows minorities comprise two fifths of this new wave of workers. How are businesses and higher education institutions preparing for this?
