The Barnes Global Advisors Appoints Jesse Geisbert as Senior Program Manager to Lead Advanced Manufacturing Initiatives in Support of the Navy's Maritime Industrial Base Program

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Barnes Global Advisors (TBGA) announces the appointment of Jesse Geisbert as Senior Program Manager, in a move that strengthens its leadership in advanced manufacturing strategy and program execution.

In his new role, Jesse will lead TBGA's advanced manufacturing efforts under the Navy's Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) Program, an initiative that seeks to drive modernization and workforce revitalization across the defense industrial base. This strategic hire underscores TBGA's continued commitment to the MIB mission — to enhance the capability and capacity of the industrial base to build and repair surface ships, aircraft carriers, and submarines, critical to national defense.

Jesse brings more than 18 years of experience serving with the Department of Defense, most recently as Director of Advanced Manufacturing for the Navy's Maritime Industrial Base Program. While with the MIB, Jesse led enterprise-wide modernization initiatives across the Navy's shipbuilding enterprise.
