The Blinc Group Challenges Vape Industry to Produce Clean Products

NEW YORK, March 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Blinc Group ("Blinc", "Company" or "TBG"), the first of its kind platform for developing and distributing cutting edge technologies in vaping and ancillary cannabis products, today announced that they are introducing a new set of standards for all of their products, pledging to keep detectable heavy metals well below industry regulations, and challenging the rest of the industry to pledge the same.

California placed specific heavy metals testing regulations in place in 2018, which many hardware and cannabis companies have narrowly met, but Blinc demands more of their products. They are pushing for the industry to do better for consumers and strive for a "0" detectable heavy metal read on their products.

To qualify, companies must achieve that rating and the following guidelines:

• Manufactured in dust-free environments within ISO and cGMP certified facilities,
• RoHS compliant (Directive 2011/65/EU),
• Certified clean for Destructive Heavy Metal Testing: grinding the sample down to quantify the heavy metals,
• Certified clean for Leachable Heavy Metal Testing
• EMC compliant (Directive 2014/30/EU), and
• FCC certified.

Blinc will then officially label them as CVSI- (Cannabis Vape Safety Initiative) certified and provide materials for packaging and marketing efforts to announce the designation.
