WALTHAM, Mass., Nov. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bowdoin Group, a North American leader in customized recruiting solutions, announces today the selection of Scott Aldsworth as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Partner. In his newly created role, he will direct the company's client facing team and its go-to-market strategy across all practice areas: Healthcare, Technology and Financial Services.
Scott brings more than 25 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of building and overseeing professional services teams in high growth organizations. Prior to joining Bowdoin in October, he spent ten years as Vice President of Sales for Radius Worldwide, an international accounting and human resources support services firm. There, Scott was a key executive responsible for building the company (then called High Street Partners) from a small consulting firm with a handful of employees to a global venture capital-backed firm. Following its 2014 acquisition by HgCapital, the company had over 500 clients and nearly 1,000 global employees. Prior to Radius, Scott was Vice President of M&A at Interliant where he helped start the company and grow it to $250 million and its eventual IPO.
