ABANA, the preeminent US organization for finance professionals and institutions with interest in the Middle East and North Africa, honored David M. Rubenstein, Co-Founder and Co-Executive Chairman of The Carlyle Group, at a gala event at The Plaza Hotel in New York City on October 1^st2018.
