BOSTON, Oct. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Carucci Group, a Division of Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, announced today the designation of Amy Rutkowski as its Chief of Staff. The Carucci Group specializes in luxury residential and niche commercial real estate in the Greater Boston Area.
With twenty years of luxury real estate and development expertise, Rutkowski has an unparalleled track record of propelling high-priority sales, marketing, and business development projects across corporate and entrepreneurial environments. She previously served as Executive Assistant and Broker Associate at Benoit Mizner Simon & Co., acting as a trusted advisor to Principal Amy Mizner and aiding in the team's achievement as the only Weston team to reach over $1 billion in sales in two decades. In addition, Rutkowski served as National Sales Director for upscale desserts company Edelweiss Patisserie and held top-ranking roles at WCRB FM, D.R. Horton Builders and Developers, and The Hillier Group, building close relationships and partnerships with high-profile clientele.
With The Carucci Group, Rutkowski's primary responsibilities will be to expand and elevate the Group's operations and brand awareness and assist in driving overall business strategy in the luxury residential and commercial markets.

Rutkowski is deeply involved in the community in which she lives and works, serving as a Community Choir member and teacher at St. Julia's Church, both in Weston. She is an Ohio native who graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and Business Administration. Rutkowski currently resides in Weston, Massachusetts.
