The CHR Group Acquires Digital Advertising Agency JVST and Expands Its Geographic Footprint into San Francisco

NEW YORK, March 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The CHR Group, a New York City-based integrated marketing services holding company, announces that it has acquired JVST. The 15-person digital advertising agency, led by co-founders James Song and Roderick van Gelder, will maintain its brand and operate from The CHR Group's new offices in the heart of San Francisco. The JVST deal will represent The CHR Group's eleventh acquisition since the holding company's founding in 2012.
