The Country Network Names Cary Rolfe EVP of Artist Relations, Programming, and Promotions

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Country Network today announced the appointment of Cary Rolfe to the position of executive vice president.

Rolfe, who will report to The Country Network's CEO Warren Hansen, will be located at the company's new offices located at 9 Music Row West and will be responsible for the company's artist relations, programming and promotions initiatives.

Rolfe has over 30 years of experience in the music industry. Most recently, he served for three years as Clear Channel's program director overseeing all programming and promotions of KWNR, Las Vegas.

Prior to joining Clear Channel, Rolfe served for 5 years as the operations manager, at Citadel/Spokane, Washington.  He oversaw the company's promotions, engineering, programming efforts for KEYF-FM, KGA-AM, KJRB, KZBD, KEYF-AM and KBBD, as well as performed the role of program director for Cat Country 94 (KDRK). Earlier in his career, he worked at Giant Records Nashville as the Director of West Coast Promotions based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
