The ECNL Celebrates the #BeautifulAmbition of Our Nation's Premier Female Athletes

RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), the nation's premier female youth soccer league, today kicked-off Amazing Young Women^TM and its rallying cry #BeautifulAmbition. The campaign is a dynamic platform of online and local market activations that showcase and celebrate female role models offering an aspirational focus for all female athletes and teens as they prepare to be our next generation of leaders.

Entering its sixth year, the ECNL has grown to become the most comprehensive elite female youth development platform in the world, encompassing female-focused health, wellness and player development programs.  Throughout the 2014-2015 season, the ECNL will showcase what it means to have #BeautifulAmbition as exemplified by former and current ECNL players, and will call on all of the nation's women to join the movement to celebrate the endless potential of today's girls.

The Amazing Young Women campaign is calling on women of all ages to share their personal moments of #BeautifulAmbition and help drive a movement that celebrates the power of what it is to be a girl today.  Each month Amazing Young Women of the ECNL will be chosen from online submissions and social engagement to be showcased at AmazingYoungWomen.com.  Through testimonials, tips and tools, the website is providing all girls to view, share, and celebrate what it is to be motivated, strong, and successful.

Reinforcing good practices:
To bring the online buzz to life, a #BeautifulAmbition pop-up tour will accompany ECNL National Events, stopping in seven cities from coast-to-coast.  The Zone will include a series of local market activations to share health and wellness techniques, and will encourage young women to maintain peak performance on and off the field. These activation zones will be tailored to meet the specific needs of teen girls and will reinforce strong health habits as a critical factor to individual success throughout life.  At activation sites, girls will have the opportunity to meet former players, share their onsite experience through their personal social media handles, and submit nominations for the next Amazing Young Women who will be highlighted through the campaign.
