Developed by Westdale and KDC, and designed by global architecture firm Perkins+Will, The Epic offers 251,000 square feet of modern office space in a location that anchors a new side of Downtown Dallas and also serves as a gateway to Deep Ellum.
Located at 2550 Pacific Avenue, the contemporary office tower is on track for LEED Gold certification and is a Class AA office building with innovative amenities for tomorrow's workforce. The office tower is designed for engaging environments that spark connectivity with select amenities to include: 55,000 square feet of restaurant and retail throughout The Epic, a fitness center with luxury locker rooms, office terraces, multiple collaborative areas, a bike storage area, and a seventh floor rooftop amenity deck with year-round seating and sweeping views of Downtown Dallas.
Developer Westdale has signed a 39,124-square-foot lease in the office tower, and will occupy one-and-a-half floors beginning in June 2019.
