The Exceptional Women Alliance announces selection of Denise Malecki

The Exceptional Women Alliance (EWA) announces that after an expansive search and in-depth interview process, Denise Malecki, in 2024 was selected to join EWA as an exceptional woman leader.

She is a trusted partner with over 25 years of experience working with boards, directors, and C-suite stakeholders to diagnose opportunities and implement solutions to transform and optimize operations. Ms. Malecki recently served as a PwC partner and Board Leader, pioneering digital transformation for global Fortune 100 and emerging pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

During Ms. Malecki's tenure at PwC, she led the Pharma Life Sciences SAP technology business, providing a technology platform that served as the foundation for strategic transformation. Her ability to translate strategy to business performance for Life Sciences companies has helped them position themselves for expansion and achieve high levels of growth. She served and continues to serve as an advisor, coach, and mentor to many clients and at PwC. Her passion for the advancement of all to reach their potential is unparalleled.

Ms. Malecki is a CPA in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is Audit committee eligible. Prior to PwC, she served at Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting/Accenture for 26 years and worked as a staff auditor at PriceWaterhouse.
