The First Official Penthouse Club In Ukraine Opens In Kharkov

NEW YORK, June 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- General Media Communications, Inc., the publisher of Penthouse Magazine announced today that the first Penthouse Club in Ukraine opened in Kharkov, Ukraine's second largest city.  The club is located in a 100,000 square foot Italian villa-style entertainment complex that will include a variety of restaurants and entertainment as well as a spa and fitness center once completed.  Adjacent to The Penthouse Club in the same complex will be the first Penthouse-branded beach club location in the world and is scheduled to open September 2013.  The Penthouse Club Kharkov features a combination of old world elegance and modern state-of-the-art technology, along with the beautiful Penthouse Key Girls.

The Penthouse Club Kharkov is owned and operated by the Amalthea Investment Fund managed by Asset Management Company Vseswit (AMC Vseswit).  AMC Vsewit's international management team includes Dutch national Maxime van Marle, General Manager of The Penthouse Club Kharkov. Mr. Marle says, "The owners wanted to bring something different to the market – a different kind of club, a different attitude and a different sense of hospitality and attention to detail.  There are a number of hotels and restaurants that offer this, but not in nightlife and entertainment.  I believe we can do that."
