‘The Fresh Diet’ Opens Kitchen in Dallas
The Diet Meal-Delivery Services Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston
SURFSIDE, Fla., Feb. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Fresh Diet, thefreshdiet.com, America’s premier diet meal-delivery plan, announces today that they have opened a kitchen in Dallas, Texas, that will service customers in the Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston areas.
The Dallas kitchen, which opened on January 16, 2011, currently employs fifteen (15) people including Executive Chef George Shepherd, a native Texan that received his training at the Culinary Institute of LeNotre in Houston. Located at 3132 Skyway Circle South in Irving, the new location will act as The Fresh Diet’s main hub for the company’s fresh meal-delivery service in the South West.
“There seems to be an existing culinary cliche out there, wherein the rest of the country assumes that Texans eat only BBQ and Longhorn Steaks every day,” says The Fresh Diet’s CEO, Zalmi Duchman, “but that couldn’t be farther from the truth; which is why our presence in this region is positioned for growth. The Fresh Diet’s Dallas kitchen will be expanding personalized meal delivery service to Austin and San Antonio in 2011. In the interim, TFD recently launched a Groupon for Dallas and Fort Worth, wherein their Premium Plan was offered at $29 per day.
