The Herrick Company, Inc. Announces $855 Million In Recent Real Estate Transactions

BOCA RATON, Fla., May 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Norton Herrick, Chairman of The Herrick Company, Inc., one of the nation's leading real estate investment firms, today announced that affiliates of The Herrick Company, Inc. (collectively, the "Company"), have recently completed transactions totaling $855 Million, as follows:

The Company purchased the following properties located throughout the United States and valued at $485 Million:

1. Forty-seven pharmacy / retail stores leased to CVS Health for approximately $250 Million
2. Twenty pharmacy / retail stores leased to CVS Health for approximately $110 Million
3. Thirty-seven pharmacy / retail stores leased to Walgreens for approximately $125 Million

The Company sold the following properties totaling $370 Million:

1. A Federal Express freight facility located in Kettleman City, CA for approximately $25 Million
2. Eleven pharmacy / retail stores leased to CVS Health and located throughout the United States for approximately $50 Million
3. Twelve auto parts stores leased to Genuine Parts Company and located throughout the United States for approximately $20 Million
4. Twenty-seven distribution centers leased to Flowers Foods and located throughout the United States for approximately $50 Million
5. Twenty-five pharmacy / retail stores leased to CVS Health and located throughout the United States for approximately $115 Million
6. Four office / research facilities leased to AT&T and located in Middletown, NJ for approximately $110 Million
