Over the last year, Humantech doubled its technology staff to continually update the product as requested by its clients. Launched in the summer of 2014, The Humantech System continues to expand and is now used by ergonomists, engineers, and employee teams at nearly 9,000 sites in over 25 different countries.

Developed by Humantech's team of board-certified professional ergonomists and internal technology team, The Humantech System was designed to help companies do ergonomics right. By combining online training and assessment tools, expert-led site improvement events, and a powerful management database, organizations will have everything necessary to deploy, monitor, and manage the ergonomics process, from one to hundreds of locations.

  2. Do – The Job Improvement Process.  Upon completing the online training, users will work alongside our certified professional ergonomists to assess and improve problem jobs. The Humantech System guides users through a series of online tools to ensure that a complete assessment is captured efficiently.
  3. Manage – Data and Reporting.  Ergonomics process owners can monitor the activities of the ergonomics team, track the status improvement plans, and generate reports.
