The Infinite Agency Hires Industry Veteran Melissa Garcia Sinkoski as VP of Operations

DALLAS, Oct. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Infinite Agency, a digital creative agency, announces the hiring of Melissa Garcia Sinkoski as the Vice President of Operations. Sinkoski brings over 23 years of agency experience to The Infinite Agency with a proven track record of managing and leading agency clients and teams. She brings a strong level of client, financial and legal understanding of what it takes to keep an agency running smoothly, while growing quickly.

Sinkoski began her career in media, later moving into account management where she garnered the bulk of her experience. She worked with several Fortune 500 brands such as Coca-Cola, Burger King, U.S. Army, The Home Depot, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) North America/Mexico and Keurig Dr Pepper. In late 2012, she transitioned into the financial and agency operations role as a principal at Richards Lerma, part of The Richards Group. In this role, Sinkoski was responsible for not only running the day-to-day operations of their U.S. office, but she was also tasked with opening and setting up operations, including the hiring of 25 employees for their Mexico City office to service their Mexico-based FCA client's business.

The VP of Operations role was created at The Infinite Agency with Sinkoski in mind. Sinkoski will manage creative, production, digital media, content development, web development and financial teams at The Infinite Agency. Not only does she bring a higher level of understanding of agency operations, Sinkoski has come up from the ranks within agency order that allows her to refine the agency process that will drive Infinite's growth.
